Duma
Dumezizweni Mabizela, also known as Simply Duma, is a young radio professional who is experienced in multiple mediums of media, all beginning while completing his second year at Boston Media House.
He perfected his writing skills while serving time as a writer for EXIT Magazine, South Africa's biggest queer publication. He then went on to build his public relations skills as a PR intern for Liquid Gold Lube and most recently, polished his commercial creativity as a content producer at Cliff Central. While at Cliff Central, he created, produced and presented the Voter's Voices In Politics campaign, aimed at encouraging youth participation in the upcoming 2024 National General Elections. Duma is a Boston Media House alumni who was awarded with the Top Student in Radio Award, proving his passion and dedication to Radio and the art of connecting through content and conversation.
Duma is currently a radio producer and presenter on Boston Broadcasts for the afternoon drive time show, the Perfect PM. Listen live weekdays 4pm-6pm.
Dubbz
Dubbz is a seasoned radio broadcaster, VO artist, and event MC. She is a rising star in the radio world, having started her career at an online radio station and later joining the Hot102.7 training academy.
She was selected as "Star of the academy" and awarded a 3-month internship. After that, she joined Star 919fm, where she hosted the weekend breakfast show, and later joined 94.7 late nights on weekends. Dubbz is known for her vibrant personality and engaging on-air presence, as well as her ability to connect with listeners.
She's also a self-taught chef and loves tranquility.

Mo Flava
Mo Flava is a versatile media persona, whose roles include hosting a radio show, TV presenting, producer, DJ, and professional voice over artist.
He studied a media studies diploma at Boston Media House, majoring in Radio Broadcasting and Programming as well as Journalism.
He is focused and ambitious, driven by an intense interest and passion for media at large. His contagious energy has earned him a spot as one of South Africa's most loved personalities.
Camilla Bath
Camilla Bath is a seasoned journalist, trainer, and podcaster, whose expertise spans over two decades in the news media and communications industries.
She honed her interviewing skills as a journalist and news anchor on Talk Radio 702, quizzing everyone from presidents, diplomats and celebrities to ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Camilla loves not just hosting, but also truly connecting — drawing insights from experts and weaving them into narratives that resonate with listeners’ everyday experiences.
These days, as a co-founder of Future Media Lab, she works with journalists, corporate communicators and students across Africa and Europe to demystify topics like artificial intelligence, fact-checking and investigative podcasting. Camilla is also a board member of the World Press Institute.
Sureshnie Rieder
Sureshnie Rieder is omnipresent when it comes to Media. She has spent 26 years in South Africa working in radio and television across brands such as Gagasi, Lotus and 5FM.
She is a journalism graduate who sharpened her skillset as a political journalist and newsreader. Sureshnie then decided to flex her love for radio and move into the presenting space as a day time youth host. Sush, as she is affectionately known, spent a large part of her career surfing the airwaves at 5FM and as a conscious consumer of media, she also ventured into the television world as a TV host, production manager and eventually starred as herself in a Netflix smash movie trilogy ‘Keeping Up with the Kandasamys'.
She is a highly sought-after emcee, digital content creator, and podcast facilitator. Sureshnie recently moved to Arizona, USA , with her husband and daughter. She now takes her love for media into her brand-new role at an NBC affiliate TV station in Arizona where she works in digital sales and strategies. Sush lives by the mantra of believing that all is possible with hard work, humility and kindness. She still has her accent and her love for a good Durban style lamb curry.
